Now everything is prepared: a clean, dry, roughened surface and the position rehearsed. Apply the glue as directed by the manufacturer — right before mounting, in the right amount on the inside of the cuffs. Place the pad in the rehearsed position with firm pressure and hold steady while the glue grabs. Respect the curing time fully before the horse loads the hoof on hard ground. Work in a dry environment, have everything ready before opening the glue, and glue one hoof at a time.
