TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply when you, as a private individual (“the Customer”), place an order via www.equnique.se. By completing the order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have a guardian’s approval.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. For customers outside Sweden, prices may also be shown in Euro (EUR) excluding VAT. Customers outside Sweden are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes and VAT. Payment is made via Klarna, card, Swish or invoice. We reserve the right to change prices and correct any printing errors.

3. Order Confirmation

Once the order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. It is your responsibility to check that all details are correct. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery worldwide. Normal delivery time is 2–5 working days within Sweden and 5–10 working days to the rest of the world (local variations may occur). Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. All deliveries are made from our warehouse in Värnamo.

5. Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected, it will be returned to us. You will then be charged for the return shipping plus a handling fee of 300 SEK.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act from the day you receive the goods. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. The return shipping cost is paid by you.

Packages sent to a parcel locker or agent will not be collected by us.

7. Complaints

Under the Consumer Purchases Act, you have the right to complain about defective products within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, however no later than three years from delivery. Contact us at info@equnique.se before returning the item. Please enclose the order number, photos and a clear description of the fault. In the case of an approved complaint, we cover the return shipping cost.

8. Processing of Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy on the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.

10. Dispute Resolution

Swedish law applies. Disputes shall first be resolved by agreement with our customer service. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the Swedish Consumer Disputes Board (ARN).

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be announced on the website and take effect from the date of publication.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESELLERS

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to companies (resellers) that purchase products from EQUNIQUE® for resale. Resellers must have a valid organisation number and be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated excluding VAT. Payment is made by invoice with a 14-day payment term or according to special agreement. Late payment will incur interest on arrears in accordance with the law. We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days’ notice.

3. Ordering and Shipping

Orders are confirmed in writing. Shipping cost within Sweden is 160 SEK excl. VAT for orders under 5 000 SEK excl. VAT. Shipping costs outside Sweden are added and shown at checkout.

Delivery and storage are handled by Tidsam AB.

4. Delivery and Uncollected Packages

Delivery is made from our warehouse in Värnamo. For uncollected packages, the reseller will be charged return shipping plus a handling fee of 300 SEK.

5. Transfer of Risk and Complaints

Risk of the goods passes to the reseller upon delivery. Transport damage must be reported directly to the carrier upon receipt. Visible defects must be reported within 5 working days. Other complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Sale of Goods Act.

6. Marketing and Trademarks

The reseller may use EQUNIQUE® trademarks and images in its marketing but must follow our brand guidelines. These Terms and Conditions do not grant any exclusive rights.

7. Force Majeure

Both parties are exempt from liability in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Swedish law applies. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. Otherwise, Swedish courts have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be notified by email or on the website and take effect from the date of publication.
