Our journey in the horse industry began with a search for the best hoof protection.
How it started
More options – in the best interest of each horse.
After many years spent with horses, there was a great deal of frustration with the disadvantages of traditional iron shoes. We wanted to find more options, so that we could look after each individual’s best interests and have more choices.
Milestones
How we got here
- 2019
We started a collaboration with the Australian brand Scoot Boot to distribute their hoof boots in the Nordics.
- 2021
Our work caught the attention of the Swedish showjumper Peder Fredricson, which led to a successful collaboration in which Scootboot’s hoof boots protected all of Grevlunda’s barefoot horses. The collaboration opened the doors to a global clientele of mainly showjumpers, who were looking for alternative hoof protection and a gentler transition to barefoot.
- Next goal
Through collaborations with well-trained farriers, professors, veterinarians, therapists and other experts with the horse in focus, we identified our next goal: to lift our focus from the hooves to the whole horse.
- 2022
We began developing our own products – and the first was, of course, a hoof-related product: our hoof clay.
- 2025
We offer a range of products that help from the inside out and from the outside in, with a focus on natural, nurturing and effective raw materials.
