TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR CONSUMERS

1. General

These terms of purchase (“Terms”) apply when you, as a consumer (“Customer”), place an order via www.equnique.se. By ordering, you accept these Terms. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, or in Euro (EUR) excluding VAT. Please note that customers outside Sweden should verify local taxes, VAT, and customs fees that may arise upon import. Payment is made through our payment partner SVEA Ekonomi with the following options: credit card, Swish, or invoice. We reserve the right for any typographical errors and price adjustments.

3. Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, with all the details of your order. Please carefully check that all information is correct. If something seems wrong, contact us immediately.

4. Delivery & Unclaimed Packages

We offer worldwide delivery. We aim to deliver your order within 2-4 business days within Sweden and 3-5 days outside Sweden. Local deviations may occur. Delivery is made from our warehouse in Värnamo through our selected transport partners. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout. For customers outside Sweden, please note that delivery times may vary. Unclaimed packages will be returned, and the current return shipping cost, along with any additional costs such as handling fees, import, and customs fees, will be charged to the responsible customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. The product must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with a traceable shipping option. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return address: Scootboots C/o Swedcirc AB, Rörläggarvägen 7, 331 53 Värnamo. Please note that packages sent to agents will not be collected!

6. Complaints  

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you discover a fault or defect, we are here to help! You have the right to make a complaint about the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at info@equnique.se for guidance on the return process and possible compensation. We look forward to resolving the issue with you in a smooth and efficient manner.

9. Limitation of Liability  

We guarantee that the products we deliver meet our high-quality standards. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of our products.

1. Dispute Resolution  

In the event of a dispute concerning these Terms, Swedish law shall apply. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through agreement with our customer service. If this is unsuccessful, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

PURCHASE TERMS FOR RESELLERS

Resellers must follow the supplier’s recommendations for handling and selling the products covered by these terms.

1. General

These terms apply to companies that resell EQUNIQUE’s products through this agreement. Resellers must have a valid company registration number and be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

2. Prices and Payment

All reseller prices are stated excluding VAT. Payment is made via invoice or card under agreed payment terms. Late payments are charged with applicable interest on overdue payments. As a reseller, you have the opportunity to purchase our products at the prices shown on www.equnique.se after logging in. We reserve the right to make price adjustments. The recommended retail price (RRP) is available on www.equnique.se when logged out and should be used as a guideline for your pricing.

3. Ordering & Shipping costs

Orders are processed continuously and confirmed in writing. The shipping cost within Sweden is 160 SEK excluding VAT for orders under 5000 SEK excluding VAT. Additional shipping costs outside of Sweden are applied and shown at checkout. 

4. Delivery and Storage Conditions

Delivery and storage are managed by Tidsam AB in Värnamo. DHL, DB SCHENKER, and PostNord are used for shipping within Sweden, and UPS is used for shipping outside of Sweden. Tidsam AB reserves the right to change delivery options as needed. Warehouse hours are 07:00 – 16:00 on weekdays, closing at 15:00 the day before a holiday. Warehouse address: Scootboots C/O Tidsam AB, Rörläggarvägen 7, 331 53 Värnamo. An additional fee of 300 SEK applies for uncollected packages.

5. Risk Transfer and Responsibility

The responsibility for the goods transfers from the supplier to the retailer upon delivery. The supplier is responsible for any damage that occurs before delivery, provided it is not caused by the retailer. Any transport damages must be reported directly to the shipping company upon receipt of goods. The retailer is responsible for checking the goods upon receipt and should report any defects or transport damages immediately. Claims are handled in consultation with our customer service.

6. Marketing and Sales

The retailer is responsible for marketing the products at their own expense. EQUNIQUE is responsible for increasing brand awareness by continuously working on brand-building measures. The retailer agrees to market our products in a manner that is consistent with EQUNIQUE’s brand ethical guidelines.

7. Exclusivity

These terms do not grant the retailer exclusive rights to sell the products covered by these purchase conditions.

8. Force Majeure

If either party is prevented from fulfilling their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, they shall be released from their obligations under this agreement without liability.

9. Warranty and Service

For any claims, please contact us at info@equnique.se. Include the order number, a photo of the product and the damage, and a description of what occurred. The Swedish Sale of Goods Act applies. If the claim is approved, the product will be replaced or credited.

10. Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, we collect and store your personal information. By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may use your information to fulfill the contract with you. You have the right to access the information we have stored about you in accordance with data protection laws. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or deleted. Please contact us via email if you wish to exercise this right.

11. Cookies Policy
