Application
Clean the hoof, radius and sole with a hoofpick and possibly a wire brush and make sure it is completely dry. Apply EQUNIQUE hoof clay to the radial grooves, sole and radius and smooth out. Repeat daily or as needed, in conjunction with daily hoof care. The hoof clay is ideal for applying to the sole and radius before adding soles, pads or glue shoes where the environment becomes anoxic and there is a risk of bacterial growth.
In case of rot
Treat the hooves daily by scraping the hoof to add oxygen and apply the mud.
Supportive care
To keep the hoof in optimal condition apply on a weekly basis.
Contains 100% natural antibacterial green clay, which is a non-fibrous clay with anti-swelling properties due to its high purity and anti-inflammatory effect, as well as improving tissue healing and formation (tissue strengthening) and providing cooling relief in case of inflammation. The clay also increases cell renewal, soothes and reduces edema (swelling reduction).
Other active ingredients are: zinc sulfate, acacia honey (robinia pseudoacacia) and eucalyptus globulus oil to strengthen and heal the hoof.
