Heat the Sole Protect pellets in warm water (about 60 degrees) until the material becomes soft and mouldable. Lift it out with a spoon, shape it against the sole and work it out evenly — follow the film step by step. Cooling spray can set the shape faster. A well-shaped application sits better and protects longer.
