TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESELLERS<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
1. General<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
These Terms and Conditions apply to companies (resellers) that purchase products from EQUNIQUE\u00ae for resale. Resellers must have a valid organisation number and be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).<\/p>\n
2. Prices and Payment<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
All prices are stated excluding VAT. Payment is made by invoice with a 14-day payment term or according to special agreement. Late payment will incur interest on arrears in accordance with the law. We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days\u2019 notice.<\/p>\n
3. Ordering and Shipping<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Orders are confirmed in writing. Shipping cost within Sweden is 160 SEK excl. VAT for orders under 5 000 SEK excl. VAT. Shipping costs outside Sweden are added and shown at checkout.<\/p>\n
Delivery and storage are handled by Tidsam AB.<\/p>\n
4. Delivery and Uncollected Packages<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Delivery is made from our warehouse in V\u00e4rnamo. For uncollected packages, the reseller will be charged return shipping plus a handling fee of 300 SEK.<\/p>\n
5. Transfer of Risk and Complaints<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Risk of the goods passes to the reseller upon delivery. Transport damage must be reported directly to the carrier upon receipt. Visible defects must be reported within 5 working days. Other complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Sale of Goods Act.<\/p>\n
6. Marketing and Trademarks<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
The reseller may use EQUNIQUE\u00ae trademarks and images in its marketing but must follow our brand guidelines. These Terms and Conditions do not grant any exclusive rights.<\/p>\n
7. Force Majeure<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n
Both parties are exempt from liability in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure).<\/p>\n
